South City Masters Swimming swim at the Lloyd Elsemore Swimming pool located on Sir Lloyd Drive in Pakuranga, Auckland. We have 3 sessions per week of 1 hour duration each. Monday evening from 7pm to 8pm, Wednesday evening from 7pm to 8pm and Sunday morning from 8am to 9am.

Hi All. Session 3 of the freestyle clinic is on Monday 16th April. If you have a pull buoy please bring it. No problem if you don't have one.

Session 2 of Freestyle Clinic, Monday 9th
Hi All. A reminder that session 2 of the freestyle clinic is this Monday (9th April). The focus for this session is rotation - why and how. We will also be looking at arm recovery.
